Renowned Oktavist, Glenn Miller, Shares His Thoughts On PaTRAM™ Holy Land Tour

Glenn Miller, renowned for his unique basso profundo voice, has shared his God-given talent with PaTRAM Institute for many years, appearing on the PaTRAM Institute Singers’ recordings of “The Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom” and “Blessed Art Thou among Women”,  which were released in 2018 and 2019, respectively.

Most recently, Glenn participated with the PaTRAM 52 member, all-male ensemble that traveled to the Holy Land to record Rachmaninoff’s “All-Night Vigil”, sing concerts and take part in our pilgrimage. We thought our subscribers would enjoy a very special, short speech that took place at our farewell banquet in Bethlehem, following the completion of the “All-Night Vigil” recording in June 2022.

Glenn was able to eloquently capture what all of us felt during our journey in Israel and the significance of PaTRAM’s recording of Rachmaninoff’s divine masterpiece in the Holy Land. Glenn Miller has sung the Rachmaninoff masterwork for 30 years. With joy he says, “each time has lead to this.” Click on the image below.
