Classes held spring and fall annually

Students will gain a solid foundation in sight reading and fundamental music theory by learning to identify and notate Key signatures, Melodic and Harmonic intervals, Rhythmic motives, and Meters. The certification exam is given at the end of the course.

On April 26th, 2019 Reference Recordings released PaTRAM’s new CD, “The Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom”

Composed by Kurt Sander and superbly performed by the PaTRAM Institute Singers, this landmark album is an English-language recording of Orthodox choral music. It is the first and only complete setting of the Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom in English. The new HDCD quality & SACD 5.0 (Super Audio Recording) release was recorded by the multi-Grammy winning SoundMirror in Chicago, Illinois under the baton of highly-esteemed conductor Peter Jermihov and is distributed by multi-Grammy recording company, Reference Recordings. PaTRAM’s twice Grammy nominated co-founders, Alex and Katya Lukianov, were Executive Producers of the CD.
