Arrival is early morning Friday\, September 1st for registration at 9am\, and departure starts mid-day on Monday\, September 4th. \nNEW THIS YEAR! EXPANDED FORMAT TO INCLUDE CONDUCTORS AND SINGERS! \n\nThe Annual Labor Day Conductors’ and Singers’ Workshop gives the aspiring church musician-whether just starting out or with moderate musical skills- a chance to grow as a singer or choir conductor! \nStrengthen your abilities under the direction of acclaimed conductor and mentor Dr. Peter Jermihov and our esteemed faculty\, Fr. Ephraim Willmarth\, Laryssa Doohovskoy and Dr. Irina Riazanova. \nConduct and sing parts of a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at the Holy Trinity Monastery! \n\nConductors will learn the craft of conducting and acquire manual techniques\, musicianship and vocal skills and acquire knowledge of liturgical rubrics & organizational and people skills\n\n\nSingers will learn the art of choral singing and acquire solid vocal techniques: proper breathing\, purity of vowels\, good resonance and beauty of tone\n\nPARTICIPANTS OF ALL AGES ARE WELCOME! \nHIGHLIGHTS: \n*Conduct or sing in the PaTRAM Institute Choir for the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy during the Labor Day Pilgrimage Weekend \n*Join us for a special social outing on Sunday \n*Enjoy complimentary admission to the Holy Trinity Seminary’s Museum: The Foundation of Russian History \n\nWe have arranged a special rate & room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Utica \nFairfield Inn & Suites Utica \n\n \n\n\nGroup name: PaTRAM Institute Event \nRoom rate: $115.00 plus tax/night\, double or single occupancy.
